Progress in the result of the 7th Corporate Governance Evaluation
A total of 905 TWSE-listed companies and 712 TPEx-listed companies were evaluated in the 7th Corporate Governance Evaluation in 2020, totaling 1,617. With the full support of the board of directors and the efforts of the manager team, the implementation of risk management and control, strengthening of corporate governance and information transparency and disclosure of multiple strategies, AcBel’s performance has improved from 21~35% last year to 6~20% this year, showing the company’s response in a responsible manner The importance of communication with stakeholders and the determination of sustainable management.
