• The "400V 125kW 4-in-1 E-Power Integrated System" not only boasts a lightweight design but also demonstrates operational excellence in challenging temperature conditions. Having garnered high praise after delivery to a Japanese car manufacturer in 2023, it exemplifies AcBel prowess in integrated systems.
• The "800V 250kW SiC Inverter," showcases remarkable efficiency of up to 98%, leveraging silicon carbide power modules. Equipped with advanced safety features such as overvoltage, overcurrent, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection, this controller incorporates state-of-the-art high-frequency switching control technology, facilitating compact design and superior power density.
• The "800V 3kW DC/DC Converter," a miniature powerhouse akin to the size of a mobile phone and weighing a mere 1.5 kilograms, offers not only space and weight-saving advantages but also achieves exceptional power density of 6.0 kW/L.
